Greater opportunities for Georgia Perimeter students are coming this fall. GPC has decided to partner with Georgia State University to help students achieve their goals.
Students majoring in early childhood will have the chance to take classes at GPC and GSU to work on a Bachelor’s Degree.
Yes, GPC is a two-year institution but Anthony Tricoli, president of GPC, has chosen to think outside the box to help students become overachievers with education. Students will be attending school year-round to receive their Bachelor’s in three years. The load will be a little heavier, but the hard work will pay off for students who are trying to get into the workforce quickly.
“Colleges don’t have to keep operating the same they’ve always run,” stated Tricoli, according to a recent article inthe Atlanta Journal Constitution. ” We are trying to give students more options.”
Admissions Department is unsure how many will take advantage of the new program, but some students at GPC are certainly looking forward to it.
