Former SGA members assumed new posts at the Feb. 11 weekly campus meeting, as new members were inducted into their respective chairs.
Miah de Graft-Biney remains SGA secretary. Both Tomeka Nichols, who previously served as SGA Vice President and Daniel Fort, former senator have moved up in rank on the Executive Board, with Nichols as president; Fort as vice president. Former senator Taylor Owenby is the newest SGA Treasurer.
“The position itself is a new experience for me and it’s going well,” VP Daniel Fort stated when asked about his shift in roles. “I have a great new team to work and collaborate with including a great director and coordinator.”
