The P.E.A.C.H. (Physical Education and Associated Careers in Health) Club is an organization which caters to students interested in health-based careers ranging from nursing to corporate health services. The club hosts guest speakers, events, and trainings which help students plan their career paths. During their most recent meeting, the P.E.A.C.H. club welcomed Kimberly Kimble, an R.N. from Atlanta Medical Center’s I.C.U. to share and answer questions. Ms. Kimble talked about her experience working in a busy hospital where an ability to communicate and be quick on your toes is key. The faculty advisor for the P.E.A.C.H. Club, Natalie Stickney says that, “We try to be a one fits all model” meaning that the club encourages anyone with an interest to attend. Volunteers and spectators are invited out for P.E.A.C.H. Club’s Tennis Tournament on April the 20th at GPC.
