The GPC women’s soccer Jaguars are ranked second in the nation and have only given up one goal all season. Most recently, they battled Darton College to a 1-1 tie when their star player, Esther Ayanwu, equalized in the 54th minute of a home game.
Anyanwu missed three games with a quadriceps injury, during which the Jaguars went undefeated.  Now with Anyanwu back the team seems to have a good chance to remain undefeated through the regular season and earn a number one seed in the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association tournament.
